TEFOR is centered around the coordinated activities of two core platforms respectively dedicated to zebrafish and drosophila hunsbandry, transgenesis and mutagenesis: AMAGEN and Fly Facility.
Both are surrounded by nine partners:
- Upstream, two platforms support the infrastructure by developing cutting edge molecular biology technologies : TACGene (production of TALE and CRISPR/Cas9 nucleases), BM-Gif (standard molecular biology services), Transgenesis Rats PlatForm for the optimization of TALE and CRISPR nucleases in other models (rats in particular),
- the two platforms establish partnerships for the phenotyping: TEFOR Core Facility (TCF), LPGP, and VIM for zebrafish phenotyping, and N&D-ROUYER’s lab for Drosophila phenotyping.
- Finally, three partners establish key tools for the visibility of the infrastructure such as a 3D image database and tools: TCF, BioEmergences and IJPB.
TEFOR is administrated by a single office.
