TPS-PHENO
The TPS-PHENO phenotyping service is expert in 3D imaging and image reconstruction.
TPS-PHENO, in partnership with TPS-INFO, uses in toto 3D imaging to characterise lines of interest at different scales (sub-cellular to tissue):
TPS-PHENO’s expertise lies in 3D imaging techniques after tissue transparentization with immunofluorescence labelling for the characterisation of fluorescent or mutant aquatic model lines, in particular those produced by TPS-EDIT. The team also performs High Content Screening (HCS) for different purposes.

The TPS-PHENO team offers phenotyping services using high-content 3D imaging on fixed samples (confocal and light-sheet microscopy) for:
- Simple characterisation using antibodies immunofluorescence after our tissue clearing protocols
- Advanced characterisation with antibodies of your choice
- High content screening (HCS)
- Morphometry studies
The technological research of TPS-PHENO is dedicated to simplify and automatise imaging phenotyping protocols as much as possible in order to increase throughput.
Each year, TPS-PHENO offers a training on tissue clearing technics for CNRS Formation Entreprises.
In 2021-2022, the team co-organised an Inserm workshop (264) on tissue clearing.
The TPS-PHENO team participates to “tissue clearing” working group of RTmfm.
